Lee was convicted in 1996 for acting in the murder of William Frederick Mueller, his wife, Nancy Ann Mueller, and the eight-year-old stepdaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Powell in Arkansas.
Lee’s crime partner Chevie Kehoe robbed the Mueller’s family home in 1995 to steal a large collection of weapons, ammunition, and money.

Less than a year ago, Mr. Mueller told the authorities that his house was filled with firearms and other items more than £ 40,000 ($ 50,000).

Nancy Ann, 28, was the wife of Bill Mueller.
A court heard that, after robbing and shooting the victims in Arkansas homes, Lee covered his heads with plastic bags, covered the bags with duct tape and lowered each victim with rocks.
He then threw the bodies of three families into Illinois bayou.
It was discovered five months after their bodies disappeared.
According to police documents, 8-year-old Sarah Elizabeth Powell was tortured with electric cattle sticks to reveal where her arms dealer step-father hid her gold and other valuables, as she drowned.
Authorities also believe that the little girl’s first 52-year-old stepfather William and 28-year-old Nancy may have to watch as they drown.
Who is Daniel Lewis Lee?
Daniel Lewis Lee, 47, is a self-proclaimed white supremacist from Yukon, Olklahoma.
According to court documents, Lee also passed under the name of Daniel Lewis Graham, D L Graham and Danny Lee.
He was found guilty of playing a role in killing a family of three in 1996.
Lee received the death sentence for the murders.
On May 4, 1999, a jury at the Arkansas East District District Court of the United States found Lee guilty of multiple crimes.
