Shayna Taylor Wiki – Biography
LIVE With Kelly and Ryan and American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has traditionally stayed tight-lipped about his relationship status, but in recent years, he’s begun gushing about his long-term girlfriend: Shayna Taylor, the chef and entrepreneur with whom he shares a seven-year dating history. Seacrest as been known to reference Taylor on his shows, and she’s shown up on Kelly and Ryan to talk about the work she does. Following a 2019 breakup, the two rekindled their relationship, and now seem happier than ever.
Shayna and Ryan first met in 2013, when Shayna was 21 and Ryan was 39.
Ryan, now 45, was seated at an L.A. restaurant with a group of friends when he first saw Shayna walk in.
“I guess he really wanted to talk to me and one of his friends he was sitting with happened to know someone in my group so they were texting to see if I came with anyone in the group, because he was trying to figure out if I was with a guy,” Shayna reveals to Good Housekeeping.
What does Taylor do?
Taylor has her own food and wellness brand, Shayna’s Kitchen (she also apparently used to work as a model but says she doesn’t define herself by that title). She went to culinary school and is certified in holistic nutrition. For a while, she worked as a private chef, and started doing recipe development when she moved to New York. According to her bio, she’s also spearheaded Bottle & Stone, “a collection of premium handcrafted CBD-based remedies and skincare products.”

Shayna is a trained chef.
Shayna went to culinary school and did personal chef work in her early 20s for private homes in Los Angeles. Her passion for cooking inspired her to create her own brand called Shayna’s Kitchen, an online destination full of recipes, lifestyle and travel blog posts, wellness products, and more. When she moved to New York, she started doing more recipe development for the brand and got her holistic nutrition certification.
“I want Shayna’s Kitchen to be the Martha Stewart of wellness, so I want to cover all the realms of everyday lifestyle and home goods but do it in the best, most authentic, organic way and not make it so expensive so it’s accessible to people … “
Shayna has struggled with auto-immune, digestion, skin, and stomach issues and also has scoliosis. All of her challenges, she says, have motivated her even more to eat well and stay healthy and fit.
She’s often described as a model, even though that’s not her main passion.
Shayna used to do modeling in her earlier 20s, but she says it isn’t necessarily her strong suit.
“Not to say that I can’t model, but I’m such an entrepreneur brain bolt,” she explains, adding that her parents are entrepreneurs, as well. “I’ve always had that drive to have my own business, and I don’t do well having people boss me around.”
