Walter Farrell who also was shot and wounded in the incident and has been released from the hospital, was charged Friday morning with three counts of Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault on Law Enforcement, weapons violations, Aggravated Assault against a civilian complainant, and other associated charges. Farrell, who was in unlawful possession of a firearm, fired at Philadelphia Police officers responding to the scene, injuring one, Officer Donald Revill, who was treated and released from the hospital on Thursday afternoon.

Officer Donald Revill was one of three officers involved in the incident and suffered a grass injury. He was quickly treated in the hospital and released. Police say he did not unload his weapon.
