Timothy Amerman Criminal Complaint
According to a criminal complaint, the researchers investigated Samantha Shader‘s vehicle and asked Amerman’s fingerprint, “I found a few more glass bottles … Love, Tim.”
Shader, 27, is accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail in a NYPD van at the intersection of East Pkwy. and Washington Ave. In Brooklyn on the night of May 29, violent protests shook parts of the county after George Floyd’s death in police in Minnesota.
Amerman said the complaint said that Amerman supported the rebellion on Facebook and voiced the night when Shader fired the incendiary device, saying that they “massacred” some of the rebels.

Timothy Amerman On going Investigation
Amerman told investigators that he refused Shader’s invitation to “cause hell,” but he agreed to provide him with bottles and also gave other items such as paint and hammer.
Amerman admitted that he believed that Shader plans to use the bullets to throw the bottles and bottles to the police and protesters.
Amerman faces Civil Conspiracy and Civil Disorder Conspiracy charges.
Up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
