Garrett Foster’s mother, who was killed during an Austin protest, spoke to “Good Morning America”.

She said that she had participated in many peaceful protests with her fiancé, Whitney Mitchell, a foursome of four. Sheila Foster said her son pushed Mitchell’s wheelchair moments before shooting.
