Timothy Amerman is charged with conspiring with Samantha Shader from Catskill, who was accused of throwing the explosive into the NYPD vehicle during a protest on May 29, when George Floyd’s murder of Minneapolis police was killed the day before. An FBI forensic doctor from the secret printing unit of the office in Quantico, Va examined the note for hidden fingerprints. The examiner found a palm print matching the Samantha Shader and nine hidden fingerprints matching the Amerman.

Amerman said in a statement to investigators that Samantha Shader had asked Facebook and others whether he wanted to join the protest in Brooklyn to “cause some hell” but refused.
The complaint said that Amerman asked the investigators if he could supply the bottles required for Shader’s Molotov cocktails.

He told Samantha Shader that he left the bottles, two cans of paint, rope, plastic bags, and some saucepan. When asked the researchers what Shader was supposed to do, Amerman said he believed he was “planning to use them as bullets to throw them at the police and protesters during the New York protest march.”
Amerman also said that he did not think Shader would use the bottles to create Molotov cocktails to kill police officers, but admitted that he gave him $ 10.

In addition to Shader, 32-year-old Brooklyn residents Colinford Mattis and 31-year-old Urooj Rahman were arrested for a similar attack. Rahman was accused of throwing Molotov cocktails in a NYPD car before escaping with Mattis in a minivan.
The crime complaint said that after his arrest, Shader said he had the Molotov cocktail and threw it to the researchers – but he denied it, claiming that he had bought it from a black man on the street.
Shader said he took a hammer from the ground during the walk and carried it because people were “bad” and “nothing else”.
According to the complaint, Shader said he told the investigators that the man who gave him the bottle would prove something to him. She said she felt important when she bought the bottle because she was the only white person in the area.
Amerman is accused of civil disorder and civil disorder. It was expected to be stacked by Skype.
