Mike DeWine test Positive for COVID-19 announcement

The announcement came shortly before Republican DeWine was scheduled to meet with President Donald Trump in Cleveland.

The governor’s office said that DeWine has been tested as part of the “standard protocol” to greet Trump on asphalt at Burke Lakefront Airport. He returns to Columbus, where both he and his wife Fran will be tested.
