US Attorney Brian T. Moran said Channon used some kind of flammable spray to start the fires.

According to the US Department of Justice lawyers in the Western District of Washington, Margaret Aislinn Channon was caught by scraping police cruisers in Sixth Avenue and Pine Street district in downtown Seattle.
“This defendant was caught by multiple cameras that used a prop-lit accelerator to light fire in five vehicles – he put the public at risk and created the real probability of a building fire among people protesting the city center,” Moran said.

According to the Ministry of Justice, Channon wore a mask during the alleged incident. Investigators identified their identity from tattoos on their fingers and joints, which were brought together after watching still images from security footage. They matched the description with the worn clothes and eyebrows from the face profile.
