How Kirsty Maxwell was died?

Kirsty Maxwell fell 100 ft from the 10E room where five British men were doing the subject of a murder investigation – moments after entering.

Men – Joseph Graham; Ricky Gammon; Anthony Holehouse; Callum Northridge; and Daniel Bailey, all from the Nottingham region, were waking up today with news that Kirsty’s parents’ appeal failed and court struggles were almost over.

Three judges in the Second Division of the Alicante Provincial Court say, ‘After being affected by alcohol and consuming 10 soul equivalents the night before, Kirsty seems to have left her home at 9A and entered 10E, where there were five volunteers.

‘Nothing points to the opposite,’ they said.

Despite the fact that true cocaine was found in the bathroom of the ‘Apartment 10E’ and the fingerprints of a dead woman were discovered in an interior bathroom window, it was not possible to obtain strong evidence of private and individual guilt regarding death in any of the victim. five men investigated. ‘

It was not immediately clear on Friday morning whether Kirsty’s loved ones were aware of the court order.

Well-placed sources said that five British men who were not officially charged with any crime would wake up to the news because the decision was sent to them overnight – just like in Spain where the cases were held shortly before the trial. .
