Officials said a 9-year-old girl, whose underlying health condition was unknown, was the youngest person to die from coronavirus complications in Florida.
According to the Florida Ministry of Health records, Kimora “Kimmie” Lynum died on July 18 in Putnam County. she confirmed her identity and said the state was the youngest coronavirus fatality.
She was the only child of her mother and her cousin Dejeon Cain said Kimora’s father was killed last month. “This couple is like a whammy,” she said. It was very difficult, we just buried and now we bury him. The family is troubled. ”

According to the latest health records, Kimmie is the fifth child who died from Covid-19 in Florida. Others were 11 years old in Miami-Dade County, 11 years old girl in Broward County, 16 years old girl in Lee County and 17 years old girl in Pasco County.
