Gabriel Agard Berryhill Appearance in court
An 18-year-old man made his first appearance on Friday at the federal court for arson allegations, on Tuesday he was accused of light and a big firework over the fence in front of the United States Courthouse in downtown Portland.
Federal officials said the fireworks hit the protective board covering the entrance and set it on fire.
Gabriel Agard-Berryhill surrendered himself to the authorities on Thursday.
Agard-Berryhill told federal officers that he thought it was the type of firework that an unknown man in a ski mask thought would turn in various colors when burned.

Agard-Berryhill said she would enlighten his and throw it in the Southwestern Third Street area, but others told him that the crowd was experiencing some post-traumatic stress caused by tear gas launched by federal officials and directed his to throw away.
