Cops have arrested a teen they say fatally shot a rival outside a Bronx apartment building, police said Friday.

Davacchie Cole, 17, opened fire on victim Tory Barnes on W. 176th St. near Walton Ave. in Morris Heights about 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 15, cops said.

Barnes was shot in the arm and the leg, cops said. The bullet that pierced his arm went into his chest leaving him with a fatal wound. He later died at St. Barnabas Hospital.

Cole was charged with murder, manslaughter, robbery and gun possession, although it wasn’t clear if robbery was the main motive in Barnes death, police said.

Cops initially suspected the shooting was over a longstanding drug feud. Barnes had been arrested over a dozen times on narcotics offenses, although it wasn’t clear if his criminal history played a role in the killing.
