A teenage boy who died in a car accident while his girlfriend and two friends survived was about to become the father of the twins.
Brock Daniel, 16, died on the spot when the car rolled over at Cecil Plains west of Toowoomba at 22:30 on Monday.
Brock’s pregnant girlfriend was another passenger in the car, but neither she nor her unborn children were injured.

The other teenagers in the car – the 18-year-old female driver and 19-year-old male passenger – were not seriously injured.

The teenagers drove on Dalby Cecil Plains Road when the car rolled off the road several times, police said.

The two girls were stably admitted to Dalby Hospital with neck, back and abdominal injuries.
The 19-year-old was evaluated by paramedics but refused to move to the hospital.

Brock’s uncle Dallas Bamberry founded a GoFundMe to raise money for funeral expenses and support his 16-year-old family.

Mr. Bamberry described Brock from Bundaberg in Central Queensland as ‘an innocent passenger in a car crash’.
“A beautiful 16-year-old boy, a son, six siblings, twin brothers, and, as life has, would soon become a father to their own twins,” he wrote.

“He was determined to be a father and knew he would be a good man, we all did.”
He called Brock “a young man full of life, young and free, always happy to help others.”
The surprised friends said that the reality of Brock’s death was not yet clear and comforted each other with anecdotes from better times.
